PAYMENT

We accept payment by most major credit cards. Credit card payments are processed via SSL encrypted secure servers. We also accept wire transfer to our bank account. Bank information will be furnished upon requested. We reserve the rights to require purchases from some countries be paid via bank transfer.

SHIPPING

We ship worldwide. Orders will normally be shipped out the next business day. We charge a flat shipping cost on a per item basis for the first unit. Additional unit will be charged as shown below. Some products are subject to additional charge for heavy weight and this will be shown accordingly when you place order. For bulk quantity purchase, please email us for shipping quote. You may choose your preferred shipping methods: (1) Standard shipping via Express Mail Service or (2) UPS Courier. If you're located in one of these countries, please email us for shipping quote first before placing order. Depending on your locations, items ordered will reach most destinations in 2~5 business days. In the United States, delivery by express mail normally takes about 3~4 days. Whilst delivery by UPS takes about 1~2 days. Please note that except by special arrangement, UPS does not deliver on Saturday. Shipping charge covers delivery/handling charges all the way to your designated address but we are not responsible for any taxes and/or customs duty, if any, imposed by the Customs of your country.

Notes: (1) Please email us for shipping quote to other locations not listed above; (2) The shipping charge shown above is calculated based on number of items ordered. The charge may be a bit overcharged in some cases, for example, many items ordered are light-weighted. In this case, we'll manually adjust the shipping charge down if it is over the actual cost. On the other hand, we won't increase the shipping charge where the actual cost is higher than the charge you have paid.

DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please use the address that is on file with your credit card company as the delivery address whenever practicable. We reserve the right to require you to sign (with the same signature on file with your credit card company) an authorization for the goods to be delivered to a different address.

CONFIRMATION
If there is any problem in delivery, you will be informed within the next 12 hours after you place order.

WARRANTY
ALL OUR PRODUCTS ARE COVERED BY A ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY, EXCEPT STATED OTHERWISE as shown on our invoice. Accessory items such as power supply, cable... are not covered by this warranty. We will replace or repair, at our discretion providing there is no evidence of customer misuse or alteration. Any product which has been altered shall void the said warranty and the buyer waives any and all rights to make any claims. Please request by email for a Return Authorization Number (RA Number) prior to returning any item. Return will not be accepted unless accompanied by a properly marked RA Number. The return shipping charge should be prepaid by the buyer. Within the warranty period, we will pay the outward delivery charge when the product is returned to the buyer. We will also undertake repair services beyond the warranty period. In this case, the buyer has to pay for any cost of replacement parts, service charges and the incoming/outgoing shipping charges.

RETURN POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, unless due to manufacturing defects. If you have any concerns about our products, please email us before placing order.
(1) We will not accept returns unless the product is defective. Request for return should be done within 7 days of receipt of the product.
(2) Please request by email for a Return Authorization Number (RA Number) prior to returning any item. Return will not be accepted unless accompanied by a properly marked RA Number. Return without prior authorization will be subject to refusal and will be returned.
(3) Item should be sent within seven days after a RA number has been issued. Otherwise the RA number will become invalid.
(4) If you choose to return a non-defective product, you will be subject to a 30% deduction covering our credit card charges and restocking costs - NO EXCEPTION. (see also Clauses 5 and 6 below). Shipping charge paid is not refundable. Under no circumstances will refund be entertained if the request for refund is not submitted within 7 days of receipt of the product.
(5) Return goods should be properly packed in its original package with all the contents intact, in its original condition. We do not accept goods returned for replacement or refund with scratch, dent, dirt and/or damage (see Clause 6 below).
(6) If a non-defective product is returned in non-resalable condition, refund will not be given. We can ship the item back to you, at your cost for shipping, or we can dispose of it for you.

PRIVACY
We are in the security business. Any information we received from our customers as a result of business transaction or enquiry are treated as confidential. These information are strictly restricted for internal use only. We will not contact our customers in any form without their written consent. If you want to be kept informed of our future product updates, please register in our mailing list.

CREDIT CARD FRAUD
We do not tolerate internet fraud. Any attempted credit card fraud will be reported to the government authorities concerned.
