Notes:
1) When running extension cable between the antenna and the transmitter (or the receiver), it should be kept as short as possible. It is not recommended to run cable beyond 10 meters (approx. 32 feet) to avoid excessive signal loss.
2) Instead of using extension cable between the antenna/transmitter (or the antenna/receiver), you may extend the distance between the transmitter and the camera (or the receiver and the monitor) using high grade 75 ohm coaxial video cable such as RG6 cable. See an illustration here.
3) Yagi antenna is a directional antenna. It is recommended to use only if the distance between the transmitter and the receiver is a line of sight environment.
4) Directional antenna can be used in combination with omni-directional antenna.
